The most difficult part of the job was managing entry into the casino during promotional giveaway events. The managers were professional, promoted a fun environment, they were friendly and demanded we did our jobs correctly. I learned how to properly check state ID's and passports for fraudulent prints and false material. Following the meeting each Security guard would arrive at their designated post for the beginning of the shift. We would be giving a different update of what color wristband to use, which would be placed upon a patrons wrist for entry into the casino who appeared to be younger than 25 years of age. A typical day of work always started with a pre-shift meeting to discuss new issues and topics within the casino.
