While there is a small golf cart shuttle taking people around the resort, be prepared for a lot of walking around. The property itself is very large and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Kudos to her for interacting with the group of gals and being a great sport at some of the ladies attempting to use some Spanish. Elice was the hostess/server in the lobby and she was so nice and helpful. Alfanso was the lobby bartender and did a great job keeping the drinks flowing while we sat and relaxed after a long day of travel. Luggage was brought directly to our room so we could get drinks in the lobby. Check-in process was seamless and guest services were friendly and helpful. No worries, you can use Super Shuttle at the airport, (it’s approx. Note: If you book your stay through the resort, you must book the shuttle 48 hours prior to your stay. The shuttle arrived promptly at the airport and the drive was approx. For me, location is key as I don’t like to be in a long car ride from the airport.
